A decade after her son (Yuri Kolokolnikov) disappears from Los Angeles, grieving mother Sarah Hathaway (Anne Archer) finds an entry in an art book that could provide a clue to his whereabouts. Flying to Russia to track down an artist who paints pictures of irises -- and hoping that he could be her son -- Sarah comes up empty-handed. But with the help of a caring doctor (Gregory Hlady), she might find some much needed closure.
