The Lost Wave: An African Surf Story
Surfer Sam George, scouting for waves off the African island of São Tomé, meets 11-year-old Shun, already an avid surfer. Six years later, George, disillusioned with the American surfing scene, sets out to find this kindred spirit. Accompanied by fellow surfers Joe Curren and Holly Beck, George, who started surfing at 11 himself, hopes to recapture a bit of his own youthful enthusiasm for the sport through Shun's eyes.
