Four years after 19-year-old Ray Pye (Marc Senter) murdered two women, Detective Charlie Schilling (Michael Bowen) and his ex-partner, Ed (Ed Lauter) -- who are convinced Ray is the killer -- decide to turn up the heat before the psychopath strikes again.
