Coming of age in the 1970s with a die-hard hippie mom (Linda Hamilton) and an emotionally distant dad (Eugene Levy) isn't easy for Natalie (Majandra Delfino), and life gets even more complicated when she learns that her father -- a psychology professor -- is sleeping with one of his students. Caught in the crossfire between her warring parents, 15-year-old Natalie realizes she's the only one in the family who's behaving like a grown-up.
