After spending the past few years backpacking in Southeast Asia, Emmie (Alyssa Lobit) returns home to Los Angeles when she receives a mysterious letter from a companion of her recently deceased mother containing a clue leading to a package her mother left for her. After Emmie reunites with her estranged younger sister, Eve (Catherine Kresge), together they embark on a journey to find the package, attempting to heal old wounds along the way.
