Things may appear calm on the surface, but beware the malevolent force that lurks underneath. When a group of friends (Jason Christ, Julie Farrar, Emily Haack, Chris Grega, Todd Tevlin) converge on the town of Old Mines for a float down its rivers, they're met with the frosty welcome of its denizens. Unperturbed, the friends continue their trip and soon become prey to the Boy (Doc Brown), a murderous maniac the town's mayor uses as a weapon.
