In the wake of a botched undercover drug deal with international terrorists, ambitious young detective Aki Fukase (Kasumi Nakane) is branded a coward and ordered to handle only minor cases. With no other options, Aki teams with the department's least respected cop, a washed-up alcoholic, and sets out to redeem herself. Driven by guilt and the need to clear her name, she'll stop at nothing to track down the terrorists.
