Common Sense Note
Parents need to know that Two Night Stand is a winning (if somewhat flawed) romantic comedy about two young adults who hook up and then grapple with deciding whether they want to get to know each other better. The material is downright grown-up, especially sections in which a man and a woman openly discuss what makes each other good in bed ... and then proceed to practice. Expect scenes that show them in a variety of sexual positions, though no sensitive body parts are fully shown. The main characters also swear a lot ("f--k," "s--t," etc.), smoke pot, and argue.
No breasts/genitals are seen, but plenty of scenes that show a couple in various sexual positions, sometimes under the covers. Viewers don't see what they're doing, but you can pretty much guess. Also frank talk about orgasms and sexual technique.
A tense argument. Two people break into a neighbor's apartment in an emergency.
Frequent use of a variety of words, including "f--k," "s--t," "damn, "a--hole," and more.
Honesty is the best policy when it comes to relationships. Also, it's best not to put on a personae when getting to know someone; it's more important to be yourself.
The Apple logo is seen.
Drugs / Tobacco /
Some social drinking by adults. Two people smoke pot using a bong.
