This German anime film follows protagonist and skilled fighter Elena Kurtz, the allied force's strongest tool in battling a deadly Führer who has escalated his attempt to take over the world. His project, called URDA, has manufactured a method to alter the natural direction of history, and it's up to Elena to block the plan and get things back to normal. Will the task prove too much to handle, or will her strengths as a warrior prevail?
