After their father's violently murdered, brothers Sean (Daniel Baldwin) and Thomas Phelan (John Novak) grow up with one thing on their minds: vengeance. Thomas pursues a career in law enforcement, while Sean takes a completely different route, becoming the head of the Irish mob. In the name of their brotherly bond, the men work with and against each other as they test each other's loyalties and blur the lines between law and organized crime.
