Suspicious of the activities at her father's biotech company, impressionable Ali (Ellen Fury) decides to join her new boyfriend (Edward Furlong) in his work as part of a militant animal rights group. But when the activists raid the lab, they discover hideous human genetics experiments gone badly awry. Soon, they're on the run from a heavily armed security squad -- and a dangerous mutant with a taste for human flesh.
