In the lowest circles of hell, Satan himself has created a new and horrible species of zombie that craves the taste of human flesh and is driven to world domination. The only ones who can save humanity are two dirty cops, Jeff and Cage (Paul Darrigo and Ari Bavel), who may be able to do the job better if only the internal affairs investigators would get off their case in this B-movie extravaganza.
