International Academy of Middle Eastern Dance instructor Paulina headlines this belly dance-inspired workout, designed to improve flexibility with a complete warm-up and cool down, step-by-step movement breakdown and a fully choreographed dance. Over the course of the program, you'll learn how to perform the Horizontal Figure 8, the Twisting Shimmy and the Hip Drop, as well as hand ripples, upper body slides and "beautiful arms."
