Fitness instructor Angie Miller leads this adaptable but challenging workout designed to strengthen your core while building flexibility, balance and coordination throughout the rest of your body. If your schedule permits, you can perform the entire routine; if time is at a premium, you can select from an abbreviated menu of options. The use of a step is optional, but you will need dumbbells and a resistance tube to achieve maximum results.
