Born June 10, 1968, in Canton, Mass., Burr is known for his candid observational wit, which he's displayed not only on the club circuit but with television gigs on "Comedy Central Presents," "One Night Stand" and "Late Show with David Letterman." The funnyman also unleashed his biting humor in the 2008 comedy special "Why Do I Do This?"
On a dramatic note, Burr appeared in two fourth-season episodes of the hit cable series "Breaking Bad." His other acting credits include Playing Chicken (2007) and Date Night (opposite Steve Carell). In 2012, he returned to his comic stylings as the star of the stand-up comedy special "Bill Burr: You People Are All the Same."
This tough-guy comedy follows the rambunctious reunion between three retired gangsters and their reminiscences of wild times and crimes gone by. Energized by their own memories, the drunken friends unwisely undertake a reckless criminal adventure.
