Get your blood pumping and muscles flexing with Kelly Coffey-Meyer's high-impact cardio-sculpting routine. Coffey-Meyer alternates blasts of cardio with sets that target each muscle group. A four-minute warm-up is followed by 34 minutes of sculpting and cardio, 10 minutes of chest and abs and a final stretch. You'll need two sets of lighter weights, though beginners may choose the "One Set of Weights Only" option.
