Brother-sister martial arts champs Tiffany and Max Chen lead you through a trio of kung fu kickboxing workouts designed to burn fat, tone muscles and build strength. The first workout ("The Basics") includes three-minute rounds of combat-oriented exercises; the second ("The Kicker") consists of 30-second intervals of calisthenics; and the third ("The Killer") pushes you to your limits with repetitive cycles of "explosive" movement.
